Disgorged in January 2020 with one gram per liter dosage, the 2008 Extra-Brut Bouzy Grand Cru La Grande Récolte opens in the glass with notes of crisp Anjou pear, lemon curd, freshly baked bread and citrus pith. Medium to full-bodied, vinous and seamless, with racy acids, lovely depth at the core and a long, intensely saline finish, it's a mineral, elegant Champagne at the beginning of a long drinking window.
