2019 Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair Corton Clos du Roi Grand Cru

The 2019 Corton Clos du Roi Grand Cru comprises just one barrel this year. It has a very well-defined bouquet of ebullient red berry fruit laced with sous-bois and truffle aromas. The palate is very harmonious and elegant, delivering supple tannins and impressive weight toward the finish of pure raspberry and wild strawberry fruit, plus a tang of white pepper on the aftertaste.
