Note di degustazione
The 2019 Pandora brings slightly more of everything, and it certainly tops out my scale. Darker cherries, blueberries, cassis, graphite, and ground pepper are just some of its nuances, and it hits the palate with full-bodied richness and a silky, layered, concentrated, yet sensationally pure and elegant profile that builds with time in the glass. It doesn't have the sheer mass of material of the 2020 and has the slightly more elegant, seamless, pure character of the 2019 vintage front and center. It's an incredibly complex, nuanced, flat-out sensational Grenache to enjoy over the coming 15+ years.

The 2019 Grenache Pandora, bottled in August of 2022, is singular and expressive, offering a rare combination of power and vibrance. It has layered aromas of wild berries, mint leaves, coffee beans, Bresaola, olives and a reverberant tone of violet. The full-bodied palate is perfumed and plush, with youthfully dense, layered fruit and loads of velvety tannins. Despite its concentration, it has plenty of refreshing acidity and a very long, detailed finish with ringing floral tones. This gorgeous varietal Grenache will be released in the fall of 2023.
