Reductive smokiness, then fine, tight, pure citrus and pear flavours. Intense though quite linear at the moment. (JH)

A mineral and slaty fragrance already pushing through the spontaneous-fermentation aromas. A slaty rather than salty minerality on the palate is well balanced by fruit and fruit-peel flavour, acidity and residual sugar providing harmonious support for the mineral lead. (MS)
