Very pale. Baby on the nose – still with some' SO2' in evidence (although see More on phantom sulphur for this ongoing discussion about these aromas). Very fresh and bright and very energetic. So youthful and tight and just a suggestion of what it will be. The sweetness is there but almost hidden. Still slightly chewy. Obviously very fine indeed. (JR)
