Full bottle 1,248 g. Certified organic (Ecocert). Oak aged and on fine lees for seven months. A bit reduced on the nose. Gunpowder and triangles. The acidity is searing. I can’t imagine what this was like six years ago! Bitter orange, bitter lemon. Quite aggressive. A bit of a hole in the middle. (TC)

Certified Ecocert organic. Grown on loess and dacit soils. Aged in stainless steel on fine lees for seven months. Screwcap. A little bit reduced to begin with. The smell of rain. Direct, precise, a little smoky and tight. Tapers on the finish into a point of lime and luminous spring green and fresh cilantro and green melon. Lots of ground-gravel dust that is amplified on the end. Textured. Dry. A brininess that would be exciting with gravlax. (TC)
