Cask sample. Tasted blind. Meaty and savoury nose with iron and earthy notes, sweet spice. Fresh acidity and soft chalky tannins with red and blue fruit, damp earth and sweet fruits on the finish. Quite a slight and light style but should still drink well relatively early. (AC)
