Very pale honey colour. Intensely smoky, honeyed nose. Massive acidity (as well as fruit initially) suggests this wine will have a very long life. I'm not sure it's quite ready yet! Clean and pure with some grip on the finish. You'd need to eat something with this if you wanted to drink it now. Spicy, persistent finish. An intriguing wine. (JR)
