Super-rich, dense with extract, layered with passion fruit, pineapple, apricot and herbs. It's just packed with flavour, and radiantly so – and it's going to take this a while to unpack. You could drink it now to revel in all that juicy, complex flavour but it's almost head-spinning in intensity; better to wait a couple of years, or, if you open it now, have a rich pork roast larded with apricots and herbs on hand.
