RS 31.5 g/l. Practising Organic. Light, delicate and racy with much more obvious fruit than most in this tasting. Just the sort of wine that long-standing lovers of German wines adore. Crisp, racy and blossomy. Make a beeline for this if it sounds up your street. (JR)

AP number 01 23. Pale lemon in colour. Stony and cooling on the nose – like frozen white peaches scattered with honeysuckle, flake salt, mint and bay. Incredibly fresh. A bit of spritz on the palate, bright mouth-watering acidity balanced by flavours of ripe peach and bergamot pith. Just off dry – absolutely impeccable balance. Precise. VGV (SCJ)
