What could be considered the flagship rosé from this estate, the 2019 Cotes De Provence Chateau De Selle Rose comes from a 160-acre property located at 400 meters in elevation, and the blend is 56% Grenache, 25% Cinsault, and the rest Syrah and Mourvèdre, all of which is fermented in stainless steel and aged in large foudre. It's a more rounded, textured rosé compared to the more reductive Clos Mireille and has wonderful strawberry and peach fruit as well as a touch of spice and rose petals. Rich, medium-bodied, and layered on the palate, this is another thrilling, classy rosé that does everything right. Drink it over the coming 6-12 months.

Brilliant peach skin color. A highly perfumed, mineral-accented bouquet evokes fresh red berries, pit fruits and kumquat. A sexy floral note emerges with air. Silky and penetrating on the palate, offering intense redcurrant, strawberry, nectarine and blood orange flavors that slowly deepen through the mid-palate.
