Caramelized peach, honey and pralines in the nose make for a decidedly botrytized impression. The sense of candied and caramelized fruits in the mouth accentuates an already considerable impression of sweetness. In the finish, though, sugar doesn't dominate. Strong flavors of toasted nuts, nougat and caramelized peach display a salty edge of minerality. 1 star.
