Full bottle 1,300 g. RS <2 g/l. Cooked raspberry fruit. Juicy and sweet but not in a confected way. Simple but textbook correct and full of integrity. If you want a decent Beaujolais on a table piled with pâté, cold cuts and roast-vegetable salads, surrounded by noisy friends and family, this would be an excellent and GV wine to serve alongside.
