Tank sample. 20-year-old vines. 6.5 t/ha. Already racked off the lees and will be bottled March 2018. RS 4.5 g/l and TA more than 9 g/l. Yield 50 hl/ha. Brisk limey citrus nose, mineral too, intense and amazing concentration for a ‘simple Riesling’. Crisp and precise and likely to be VGV . Mouth-watering freshness and length. Very high dry extract gives this amazing depth and length. (JH)
