This 21-year-old single malt from The Dalmore demonstrates why the Highland distillery is so highly regarded. After an initial maturation period in ex-Bourbon casks, the whisky was transferred into casks that previously held 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry. It is a remarkably characterful and rich expression.

The Dalmore is one of the most revered Scotch whisky producers. The Highland distillery, located on the shores of the Cromarty Firth north of Inverness, has been producing malt whisky since it was founded by entrepreneur Sir Alexander Matheson in 1839.
