Bottled a week ago and thus still very reductive, the 2021 Juffer-Sonnenuhr Kabinett (Auction) is clear and precise and highly delicate on the coolish, classic Kabinett nose. Based on the juice with the lowest must weights since 2008 and 2004, this is a highly delicate, filigreed, saline and refreshing Kabinett with some nice and crisp, limey notes. This JSU Kabinett is to be auctioned in September this year. Natural cork. Tasted in July 2022.
