1999 Gruner Veltliner Kaferberg

This is another veltliner that seen wood and long lees contact. Peach, coffee and mocha in a very ripe, aromatic melange. Rich and full in the mouth, with tropical fruits, caramelized peach and lemon candy flavors. The finish comes as a surprise, being quite stony and beefy, with only a subtle echo of peach and tropical fruit.
