2020 Jesuitengarten Riesling GG

Certified organic, and a famous site. Rather delicate and ethereal on the nose. Then sleek and polished on the palate with a strong, pungent, mineral element. The finish is bone dry and there is considerable extract here. Really powerful on the finish, almost contradicting the ethereal aromas. I can't see anyone being disappointed by this wine which has many layers to it. (JR)
