The 2020 Graacher Himmelreich Auslese (Gold Capsule) is finely concentrated and deep on the clear and crisp, even refreshing and discreetly phenolic nose that adds a spicy and coolish, even slightly greenish nuance. Lush and round on the palate and running down the throat immediately, this is a savory, dense and very elegant Auslese, with a salty, grippy and salivating, long, concentrated and irresistible finish. 7% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine from AP 22 21 in July 2022.
