50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay. 3–5 years on lees. A little skin contact in the press. Zero dosage. 10,000 bottles. Very pale salmon. Spicy, toasty, lees notes, underpinned by redcurrant and strawberry. Fairly fine mousse, flinty toast notes and ripe lemon. Dry and fresh. Low dosage? Nutty finish. (TJ)
