Seamus Duggan knows how to grow exceptional barley. The award-winner’s County Laois Lakefield Farm is the site of the Irina malted barley used in Waterford’s single malt by the same name. The first release from the 2016 harvest is aged in multiple casks including first-fill and virgin US and French oak.
