This stunning 15-year-old rye whiskey was chosen after we sampled over 30 different single casks at the Vermont distillery with Master Distiller Pete Lynch. After a short finishing period in Vermont oak, this rye is floral, with honey and dried bay leaves on the nose. There is a slight spice, followed by delightful caramel and banana notes on the palate. Only 132 bottles of this single-cask aged rye from the award-winning producer were bottled.
