2019 Ayler Kupp Auslese Fass 10 10 20

AP number 10 20. TA 9.2 g/l, RS 104 g/l. Perfumed nose but still inexpressive. So sharp it almost grates the inside of the mouth. The acidity is very obvious. Light and fresh – very spring-like. But still a little raw with malic acidity in evidence. (JR)
