2014 Sancerre Le Petit Chemarin

Smells very dusty/chalky. And very green on the palate – not unripe but green fruit and green fig. A little too tart for me but I guess it will age well. At the moment there is a clash of ripe green fruit and very high acid. I hope it will come round because it is pretty demanding now. It certainly has concentration but needs a little more time to marry. (JH)
