(from cask; 60) Ethereally honeyed and sweetly spicy in the nose. Lovely nuttiness and orchard fruits in the mouth, with considerable delicacy and transparency to citrus, slate and floral nuances. I was tasting this one through active fermentation and a heavy curtain of lees, yet it still merits, at a minimum, 1 star.
