2010 Eitelsbacher Karthauserhofberg Spatlese

Very similar to the Kabinett, a dainty touch of honey makes the difference. With almost identical values for alcohol and acidity even the residual sugar is not much higher (52 g/l as opposed to 45 for the Kabinett) and though technical data do not express the taste of a wine, in this case there is a great similarity of flavours.
