Stony, very restrained non-floral, non-fruity nose – crumbles stone on the nose, Then super-luminous grapefruit flesh plus a hint of grapefruit peel that tightens up on the finish to the juiciest impression of water flowing over stones in a fast-flowing stream. Very cool and fresh with molten honey on the finish. Great crystalline texture but so pure it could alredy be enjoyed. Really exceptional. VGV (JR)
