Note di degustazione
Full, clear cork-stoppered flask all of 1,577 g. Back label advises drinking it within eight weeks of opening – useful advice! Transparent fox red. Headier and sweeter than the Taylor’s equivalent with distinctly treacly notes but not heavy at all. Really rather sumptuous, and, like the Graham’s 10 Year Old, it almost tastes delicate. You could sip it without food and it would probably need quite careful food paring – nothing too robust, though I could imagine in with a cheese like Chaource. 17.5/20 points (JR)

RS 120 g/l. Much nuttier and more complex than their 10 Year Old – a real step up in complexity. Luscious, thick, complex, superbly balanced and satisfying. Incredible length. A definite treasure. (RH)
Attractive dried fruit like dried persimmons and peach skins with lots of toffee and spices. It’s sweet but crunchy with dried orange and orange liquor character, with hints of saffron and turmeric. Long, spicy and floral finish. Drink or hold.
Mid tawny colour. Sweet, nutty richness on the nose blends with pure, layered sweet fruit. Bursting with intense fruit, sweet spices and dried figs. Long and joyful with impeccable balance. Benchmark Tawny. (TP)
