Vineyard soil: rock. Oily mineral aroma. Power and richness in a refined style. Creamy texture, almost more texture than flavour at the moment. Moreish, mouthwatering finish. Definitely more terroir than grape variety. (JH)

Smells very youthful, as though almost straight from the fermentation vat. Very firm with the fruit in a metal corset. Dense and pungent. Very long. (JR)
