Delicate scents of fresh apple, apple jelly, honey and vanilla. Again, this is feather‑light in the mouth, yet has wonderful reach and penetration of baked apple, nut oil, marzipan, slate and vanilla flavors. Really finely balanced, this shows a lot less overt sweetness than the typical young Prüm Spätlese.
