Aromas of dried peach and pure botrytisin accented with caraway and ripe Virginia tobacco. Oily-rich, creamy and even, yet very bright in the mouth. Finishes with peach preserve accented by caraway and quinine. Very pure and seemingly quite reductive: in part due to the difference between barrique aging and aging in the smaller traditional barrels?
