A bit of damp straw on the nose, fresh apple fruit with a toffee, dairy character on the palate. Fine, crisp finish. Lovely savoury finish – mealy and fine. Combines the richness of the New World with the nerve of the Loire. (RH)

100% Chenin Blanc. A little bit of oak evident on the nose. Impressive concentration with vital green streak. Really good. Pure Chenin but bone dry and thoroughly satisfying. Well done! Very fresh finish. Really appetising. (JR)
