2011 Vouvray Demi-Sec Le Mont

Complex, intense nose packed with baked apples, peaches, apricots, galia melon with a touch of chalkiness. Very elegant on the palate with a lovely richness. Not too sweet - in fact the sweetness is scarcely notable despite 23g/l residual sugar. Peaches, melons and lemon zest transform into a delicious lingering honeyed finish. Certainly one to keep for a few years. Only 44 hl produced. FINE+RARE
