2007 TBA #10 Grande Cuvee Nouvelle Vague

Aged 15 years, the medium amber-colored 2007 Trockenbeerenauslese No. 6 Grande Cuvée Nouvelle Vague offers a deep, pure, intense and complex, iodine bouquet with porcini aromas. On the palate, this is a sweet but highly refined and stimulatingly saline TBA with vivacious acidity, fine tannins and a long, youthful finish. This is a highly attractive TBA today that was bottled with 9% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in July 2022.
